In April of 2008 we began adding separate kitchen facilities for the production of Kosher Parve and Kosher Dairy wedding cakes, under the strict supervision of Rabbi Kalmanson. This was an exciting challenge since Maribelle Cakery has established a reputation over the last 20 years for the best tasting wedding cakes anywhere in the world, and we expect the new Kosher wedding cakes to maintain that level of excellence. Many, many months of experimenting with flavors, fillings, and Kosher ingredients has produced new and delicious flavors.

Kosher Dairy Cakes will remain the same price. Kosher Parve cakes will be an additional $100.00.

As usual, we see brides by appointment only. All tastings will be dairy unless you specify that you want parve. Please notify us two weeks in advance if you want to do a parve tasting. Thanks!
